After completing the double verification, set a secure password. When the registration information changes, you need to update it in time to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the information.
Compliance Commitment: You promise that during the registration and use of membership services, you will abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and the rules of this site, and you must not use your membership status to engage in any illegal and irregular acts that damage the rights and interests of Longfei Kitchenware or third parties.

II. Member Rights

III. Member Obligations

Properly keep the membership account and password, and be responsible for all operational behaviors under the account. If the account is stolen or the password is leaked, you need to notify Longfei Kitchenware in time. The losses caused by failure to notify in time shall be borne by yourself;
Provide true and accurate procurement needs, subject information, etc. as required by this site. You must not provide false information, otherwise Longfei Kitchenware has the right to suspend or terminate your membership service;
Abide by the relevant laws and regulations of international trade, be responsible for the compliance of your own procurement behavior, and bear the relevant taxes, tariffs and other fees arising from the procurement behavior;
You must not disclose the business secrets of this site such as product quotation, customer information, service process, etc., and you must not use the services of this site to damage the legitimate rights and interests of Longfei Kitchenware or other members;
Actively cooperate with the service work of Longfei Kitchenware, pay relevant fees (payment for goods, service fee, logistics fee, etc.) as agreed. If you pay overdue, you need to bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract.

IV. Membership Term and Termination

Service Term: The membership service takes effect from the date you complete the registration and pass the verification, and is valid for a long term until you apply for cancellation or Longfei Kitchenware terminates the service according to the provisions of this agreement.
Service Termination:
You can apply to cancel the membership account at any time through this site or by contacting customer service. After cancellation, your membership rights will be terminated, and the account-related information will be deleted after being saved for a certain period of time according to relevant laws and regulations;
If you violate the provisions of this agreement, provide false information, engage in illegal and irregular acts, or do not use the membership service for a long time (no operation for 12 consecutive months), Longfei Kitchenware has the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your membership service without assuming any compensation liability;
Due to force majeure, system upgrade of this site, policy adjustment and other reasons, Longfei Kitchenware can suspend or terminate the membership service, and will notify you 3 working days in advance to minimize your losses.

V. Changes to Member Benefits

Longfei Kitchenware has the right to adjust the membership benefits, service content and charging standards according to business development needs. After the adjustment, it will be publicized on this site, and it will take effect after the publicity period expires. Your continued use of the membership service is deemed to accept the adjusted benefits and standards.

VI. Dispute Resolution

The signing, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement are all applicable to the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from this agreement between the two parties shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people’s court of Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province, where Longfei Kitchenware is located.

VII. Other

Matters not covered in this agreement shall be negotiated separately by both parties, or implemented according to the rules publicized on this site. The final interpretation right of this agreement belongs to Zhejiang Longfei Kitchenware Co., Ltd.

To clarify the responsibility boundary between Zhejiang Longfei Kitchenware Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Longfei Kitchenware”) and the members of this site (hereinafter referred to as “you”), we formulate this disclaimer according to relevant laws and regulations. Your use of the membership services of this site is deemed that you have understood and accepted all the provisions of this clause.

I. Force Majeure Exemption

The losses such as information omission and order delay caused by your wrong contact information or failure to check the notification in time shall be borne by yourself;

III. Disclaimers Regarding Third Parties

IV. Exemption from Liability Due to Your Own Conduct

Due to your own operation errors (such as wrong product selection, wrong delivery address, leaking account password, etc.), the problems such as order error, payment loss, information leakage are caused, the responsibility shall be borne by yourself;
Due to your provision of false information, impersonation of others’ identity, engaging in illegal and irregular acts, the own losses or third-party claims are caused, you shall bear all the responsibilities by yourself. At the same time, Longfei Kitchenware has the right to terminate your membership service and pursue your liability for breach of contract;
If you fail to pay the payment for goods, service fee, logistics fee and other related fees as agreed, the losses such as order delay and service termination shall be borne by yourself.

V. Product-Related Disclaimers

Longfei Kitchenware strictly controls the product quality, but due to the characteristics of the product itself, normal wear and tear during transportation, or improper use by you, the product damage and unusability are caused, Longfei Kitchenware does not assume compensation liability;
For OEM/ODM customized products, the acceptance is carried out according to the samples and contract confirmed by both parties. If the customized products do not meet the expectations due to your vague needs and sample confirmation errors, Longfei Kitchenware does not assume compensation liability. We can negotiate a follow-up modification plan, and the additional costs incurred shall be borne by you;
If the products you purchase are used for export, you need to confirm by yourself that the products meet the compliance standards of the destination country/region (such as quality certification, environmental protection standards, etc.). The losses caused by the products not meeting the local standards shall be borne by yourself.

VI. Other Disclaimers

Due to system failure, network problems, hacker attacks and other reasons of this site, service suspension, data loss and other problems are caused. Longfei Kitchenware will try to repair and reduce the losses, but does not assume the indirect losses caused to you (such as expected profit loss);
